About Us


We are One Bag Enterprise Limited (company number 11596765), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "One Bag Co.", "us"). Our main trading address is Tungate Farm, Tungate, North Walsham, Norfolk, United Kingdom, NR28 0JQ.


These terms and conditions apply when you shop with us at www.onebagcompany.com (the "Website"). They are important for you and us as they set out what we expect from each other and provide you with helpful information.

By shopping with us, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, our FAQs and our Privacy Policy (each as amended from time to time) (together, the "Terms"). Remember to check the Terms before you shop as the latest versions will apply. However, if you do not agree to any of the Terms, you must not shop with us.


We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and our business priorities and we will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.


About You


To shop with us, you need to:


  • be at least 16 years old;
  • be resident in the United Kingdom;
  • order products to be delivered in the United Kingdom;  
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept (see payment methods for more details); and
  • be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).


Unfortunately, if you do not comply with all of the requirements above, you should not shop with us and we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to refuse any orders that you place.


Placing an Order


We accept orders at our sole discretion. Whilst we will do our best to fulfil your order once it is accepted. However, we can't always guarantee to do so, e.g. where we are out of stock or where payment has not been authorised. 


Your offer is accepted by us and becomes binding only when authorisation of your credit card has been received by us via our ecommerce platform Shopify for full payment for the product(s), including any applicable taxes and delivery costs.


When you place an order, we will confirm receipt of your order through our automatic screen confirmation and an acknowledgement e-mail that will be sent to you.


Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order even if we have previously confirmed your order – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to speak to you about it.


Payment Methods


Shopify's encrypted payment processors accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is captured automatically at the time of order.


Prices and Product Descriptions


The description of our products, price, currency and delivery costs are set out in the order page. However, from time to time we may get this wrong. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.


If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.


Prices include VAT (where applicable).


Delivery costs will be displayed and confirmed upon checkout before the order is confirmed. For non-standard destinations a delivery surcharge may be applicable and if so, we will email you promptly to notify you of any excess costs. 




We use Royal Mail Signed For 1stClass delivery service and we try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal delays, or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returning an unwanted item?


As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below.


Prior to returning any products, please contact us in writing.


If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method (less any delivery charges). Any items returned requesting a refund between 7 and 30 days of receiving it may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% and less any delivery charge­­s.


We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.


  • After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after 30 days. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


  • Where to return them to

  • Original condition

It remains your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the items with adequate insurance during the return journey. Items received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable will be returned to you. Any returning items not in pristine and as new condition may be subject to a deduction off any refund due. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.


This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.


Promo Codes


From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products and/or provide additional products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!


Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).


If a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is causing fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.

Your Information


Our Privacy Policysets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, please update us so we can continue giving you our best service.


We love being able to interact with and chat to you through social media. However, we can’t control those social media platforms or how you set your profiles on them. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information on those platforms will be used.


Things You Shouldn't Do 


Our site is made available free of charge.


We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.


You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.


You must not misuse or tamper with our website (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal customers the best service, so we take them really seriously. We will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.


We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. We can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers.


Please do not use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website (AKA 'screen scraping').


Under these terms, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless One Bag Co, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates (who may be engaged by the company from time to time), from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.


Intellectual Property, Software and Content


One Bag Co. owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.


You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.


You’re also not allowed to use the One Bag Co. logo or any One Bag Co. brand or trade mark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.


Linking To This Website


It’s fine for you to link to the Website, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.


Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by One Bag Co. where none exists.


Our Website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.


Complaints or Need To Speak With Us


We pride ourselves on our reputation, service levels and products, however occasionally things do go wrong – in the first instance, please contact us on the details below if you are unhappy or unsure of any aspect of a purchase, no matter how small a query.

Force Majeure


We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, war, fire, strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications including telecommunications or computer systems, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.




We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our terms and conditions) at any time.


These terms and our dealings with you are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
